Dear South Bay Graduate,
The heartache of knowing that you are not able to have the in-person graduation you deserve is one that no graduating senior or college graduate could ever imagine.
Please know that it is devastating to me and to those who lead our coveted school systems as well- your respective school boards and superintendents. I know they are working hard to recognize you and your classmates' achievements. I trust their judgment when handling academic affairs. I know you recognize that this global pandemic requires many sacrifices. However we would like to publicly honor your achievements, and celebrate with you.
