Despite a rainy morning, thank you to all the El Segundo residents who came out to my El Segundo Community Town Hall. We talked about issues that matter to them such as the problems with the Hyperion Treatment Plant, education, public safety, economy, housing and quality of life. Thank you to Mayor Drew Boyles, City Council Member Ryan Baldino, City Manager Darrell George, ESUSD President Meredith Beachly, Vice President Frank Glynn and Board Clerk Tracey Miller-Zarneke and West Basin Municipal Water District Board Director Scott Houston for coming. Many thanks to all the residents who attended and shared their concerns with me. I look forward to working with you all again this legislative year!
