Launch of the South Bay Fiber Network

Congratulations to the South Bay Council of Governments on their launch today of the South Bay Fiber Network! I was pleased to help bring $1.2 million to supplement the project and get the South Bay connected.

It is so important for our cities and residents to be connected especially during this unprecedented time. Everything is based on the internet of things - from our cell phones, our transit and even our children who need the added security of connectivity to properly learn from home. Having this connectivity will enhance our quality of life.
