We discussed the housing crisis and the challenges cities face in implementing many of the state’s housing laws.

Met with Lomita Mayor Mark Waronek, Councilmember Barry Waite, City Manager Andrew Vialpando, and the City of Rolling Hills Estates Councilmember Britt Huff.
