CA vs Trump, Round Two. The right wing Project 2025 plan calls for the elimination of Head Start, free school meals, Title I funding, protections for Special Education, and other critical programs for our most vulnerable students.

As Chair of Assembly Education Committee, I am ready to fight, to protect all of our students, and to protect public education. Thank you State Superintendent Tony Thurmond for inviting education leaders throughout the state to stand for our students and for public education.
