The Palos Verdes landslides are driving longtime residents out of their homes. The Portugese Bend neighborhood has been particularly hard hit, with homes and roads sinking, SoCalGas cutting off service indefinitely for 135 homes, and one of two access roads shut down.

I will continue to work with local, state, and federal officials to fight for more assistance.
