Held my annual Manhattan Beach Town Hall this morning. Had a great discussion about schools, public safety, housing, homelessness, e-bikes and other issues affecting the community.

We talked about my Assembly Bill 2309, sponsored by the City of Manhattan Beach, to allow the city to prosecute minor offenses in homeless court to address their local homeless population.
