Great to join Governor Newsom and First Partner Jennifer Newsom, State Superintendent Tony Thurmond, University of California President Michael Drake, Cal State Chancellor Mildred Garcia, CA Community College Chancellor Sonya Christian, and other education leaders to focus on career technical education. As a former trustee of the Southern California Regional Occupational Center, I'm a big believer in CTE and authored AB 377 to support K12 CTE programs.
