Great day at the City of Torrance grand opening ceremony for the Mary K. Giordano Torrance Regional Transit Center!

In 2018 I delivered $231 million in state funding to extend the Metro C Line train to Torrance. Today's opening of the Torrance station for rail and bus service is a major milestone toward this goal of investing in public transportation to cut down on traffic and pollution.

Congratulations to Torrance on becoming a regional transportation hub for the South Bay!
