Redondo Beach Mayor Bill Brand and Hermosa Beach Mayor Ray Jackson came to the State Capitol to discuss how state and local governments can work together to acquire the AES power plant site and create a park and wetlands. I delivered $15 million in state funding last year to support this effort.
