Discussed local issues including housing market and rising housing costs, homelessness, and street racing. Also discussed $4 million in state funding I delivered to Gardena to invest in public broadband infrastructure to close the digital divide.  According to the Mayor, Gardena has no homeless encampments because of proactive police and social worker outreach.

I'm looking into potential legislation to crack down on rise in street racing that endangers the community.
