Lot of love and good people at the Palos Verdes Valmonte Farm and Garden 10th anniversary celebration of their Transition to Independence program for young adults with special needs. This Palos Verdes School District program is made possible by the dedicated leadership of LA County Teacher of the Year Tara Swall and garden manager and former SCROC horticulture teacher Nancy Lemargie, together with dedicated volunteers.

Thank you Tara and Nancy and everyone else for making a difference in the lives of these young people.
