Governor Signs California Climate Crisis Act AB1279

The California Governor signed my #AB1279 today at a signing ceremony.  AB1279, the California Climate Crisis Act, which is now law, requires CA to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) as soon as possible, but no later than 2045, and maintain net negative greenhouse gas emissions thereafter.
