Tour of Canoo in Torrance

Today I toured electric vehicle manufacturing start-up Canoo right in the heart of Torrance! Canoo’s mission is to bring electric vehicles to everyone.

Founded in 2017, Canoo is designing and engineering EVs starting at $38,000. Canoo took its engineering cues from military defense and aerospace innovation and is using drive-by-wire systems controlled electronically rather than by mechanical connections. The company makes and designs its own parts to enable sustainable sourcing and manufacturing.
