I had the pleasure of joining the Torrance Council of PTAs for their annual Honorary Service Awards. As a former Torrance School Board Member, I know that PTA volunteers are the real movers and shakers in our schools. Thank you to the Torrance Council of PTAs President Terry Ragins for hosting this event and to all of the honorees for their selfless volunteerism.
