Floating Offshore Wind Farm, Scotland

I toured a floating offshore wind farm during the recent United Nations Climate Change Conference in Scotland. Scotland is among the world's leaders in wind energy, with almost 100 percent of all national electricity generation coming from clean, renewable energy. These windmills are located 30 miles from land, so local residents can't see or hear them. I will work to bring floating offshore wind to California to fight climate change.
