Meeting with Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority

Homelessness in the South Bay is a growing problem, particularly with ever increasing housing costs. Met with Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority director Peter Lynn and Breanna Jaijairam of Harbor Interfaith Services (not pictured) to learn more about homeless services in the South Bay. I supported additional state funding for homeless services and legislation to build more affordable housing, but there are no easy solutions to this complex and expensive challenge.
