Meeting with City Lights

On Tuesday I met with City Lights, a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping kids in Harbor City safe and in school. As Founder Howard Scott Jr. says, “The best way to stop a bullet is with a job.” We were also joined by Debbie Meador, a Harbor City Native and retired consultant to the Joint Legislative Audit Committee. I worked closely with Debbie in JLAC and I hope to continue to work with her and Howard Scott with City Lights.
