Miraleste Intermediate School – Capitol Comes to Campus

I held a discussion with a class of 8^th grade social study students at a Capitol Comes to Campus event at Miraleste Intermendiate School on Friday, April 20^th. The students and I discussed the legislative issues that were on their minds. We then turned to talking about how ideas can turn into bills and laws. Students participated eagerly in the topics we covered and I was encouraged by the level of knowledge amongst these leaders of the future.
