California vs Hate is a non-emergency hate incident and hate crime reporting system to support individuals and communities targeted for hate. We are committed to making California a more safe and inclusive place for all. In partnership with organizations across the state, we are committed to supporting and protecting diverse communities.

The goals of California vs Hate are to:

  • Help individuals and communities targeted for hate
  • Identify options for next steps after an act of hate
  • Connect people targeted for hate with culturally competent resources and care coordination services
  • Improve hate incident and crime reporting data to enhance prevention and response

All victims and witnesses of hate incidents and hate crimes can report and are eligible for free hotline support services. California vs Hate is not affiliated with law enforcement and you can report anonymously. If you are in present danger, call 911.
